Communist parties are not the one man army like BJP and Congress. They work through an organizational structure and their decisions are the collective one. So there arises no question of sacking the Karat and Bose.

I don’t know much more about this Biman Bose but Prakash Karat is a hard liner and he owns the responsibility for the collapse of Left front in Bengal and Kerala. He should resign from the top post of party immediately.
